Simmons on Thursday, February 2, 2017, at the Capitol concerning Senate Bill 2039, which Simmons drafted that seeks bond money for the E.E. Bass Cultural Arts Center. They also met with Senator Buck Clarke, (not pictured), Chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee.
