The 8th grade class of Solomon Magnet School in Greenville visited the Capitol on Wednesday, January 27, 2016, and spoke with Senator Derrick T. Simmons, (right), and Representative John W. Hines Sr., (left), about the government process and the role of lawmakers.
Standing next to Senator Simmons is Social Studies teacher Brittany Riley Toole. Teacher Kaylee Brucker was also present on the trip.
